Fagor has further extended the boundaries of the Service concept. The Customer – Service binomial is becoming more and more important with clear goals of increasing performance and adding greater value to the machines throughout its entire life cycle, giving priority to concepts like TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) where the total value of the machine is given not only by its purchase value, but also by the services associated with it throughout its entire useful life.

To achieve this, Fagor offers services tailored to customer needs either oriented to optimizing production or to extending the life of the assets.
